He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University and completed a three-year endodontic residency at Harvard, where he also received a Master of Medical Science in Oral Biology. He spent 15 years as a faculty member at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, mentoring future specialists and contributing to clinical education and innovation.

Leveraging his academic rigor and operational expertise, Dr. Chen has built and scaled multiple high-performing practices with strong EBITDA outcomes. At TAG, he supports clinical standards, real estate and de novo development, and international collaboration around emerging healthcare technologies.

He has served as a Chief Information Officer for more than 15 years, guiding enterprise technology planning, budgeting, and operational execution for growing organizations—including expansion across multiple locations and several states.

Amos specializes in building scalable, secure platforms that support growth for private equity firms, DSOs, DMOs, and multi-site medical and dental groups, including network architecture, data center strategy, VoIP/call center systems, vendor management, and enterprise software selection and deployment. He brings a disciplined, hands‑on approach to technology modernization—focused on reliability, standardization, cost control, and risk reduction—while supporting compliance and patient data protection requirements such as HIPAA.

He holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and an Information Assurance & Security Certificate, and has completed doctoral coursework in Information Technology with one remaining residency to finish the program.
